I have been a trainer now for over 7 years and have been training for over 13 years. In this time I have tried many different training programs and diets for both myself and my clients. Over the years my clients results have gotten better and better. I have always enjoyed encouraging my clients to enter into 8 and 12 week transformation challenges. I’m a very results oriented person and I find this to be a great way to measure results as well as keep the person motivated.
